Toycathon 2021

IIT Kanpur invites all it's students and faculty to participate in the first of it's kind Toycathon 2021, organised by the Innovation Cell, Ministry of India, launched by Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, Hon’ble Minister of Education and Smt. Smriti Irani, Hon’ble Minister for Women and Child Development and Textiles. The Hackathon presents an opportunity to crowd source innovative ideas for Toys and Games based on Bharatiya history, civilization, ethos and culture. Students of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses can enter in teams of at least 3 and at most 6 with up to 2 mentors to guide them.

 

To take Toycathon 2021 to the grassroots, an online live talks series is arranged on the youtube channel of Innovation Cell, https://www.youtube.com/mhrdinnovationcell
